Amazed to see such a staff in such a small church?  And there are other ministries not mentioned.  Thank God that He has people who will step up and volunteer.  Some are paid, most are not--unless you consider the eternal reward.  And there is always room for more.

Pastor

Pastor for over 10 years now
David McCracken

David McCracken accepted Christ in a radical way.  Within a short time after, he was youth pastor of a local church.  From there, feeling the call of God into full time ministry, he stepped out in faith, and hasn't looked back.  When he came to New Life Assembly they were running 9 members.  The church is currently averaging about 100 on Sunday morning and eagerly looking for new people to come be part of the family.

Secretary

Cindy Higgins has been church secretary for over a year.  She is married and the wonderful mother of three active boys, Jake who is in a band and married with two children, Josh and Sam.  As church secretary she does about everything around the church.  Ask anyone but her and they'll tell you.

Sister Thelma is a recent widow.  She and her husband have served in the church for more years that most can count.  They've seen over 24 pastors in this church, this last one being here more than 12 years now--thank goodness.  She praises God for such a faithful man of God and makes sure that any and all who come in are greeted and made to feel at home.

Her assistant, Gail Dixon, who grew up in Lawton Oklahoma, and she both prepare welcome baskets that they deliver to the new visitors houses.

Prayer

An intercession warrior, Pattie Beemer, leads up the prayer team.  Married more years than most, Pattie Beemer knows the power of prayer.  On her watch she spends her evenings and nights in intercession, seeking the face of God.  She keeps her phone by her side 24/7, ready to pray.  Faithful, quiet, hold her own counsel, Pattie shakes the foundations of hell and is a formidable force that God uses.
